Open Qualifiers

SIGNUP RULES

You can qualify for the Betclic Clash Summer finals through the Open Qualifiers or by direct VRS invitation.

The Open Qualifiers have 32 slots. The rule is first come, first served.

To secure your spot:

  1. Pay the entry fee of $200 per team.
  2. You will receive an email from us asking for your team details.
  3. If you provide the details, your team will receive an invitation to Faceit and the Discord channel.
  4. If you do not provide the details or do not confirm participation, the next team on the waitlist will get the opportunity to sign up.

Note: Direct VRS invitations will be sent on August 12. If your team signed up for the open qualifiers and then receives an invitation to the Main Stage, we will refund the entry fee and the next team on the waitlist will get the opportunity to sign up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • No other compensation or reimbursements for teams beyond the prize pool (above).
  • The registration and entry fee payment process will be published on the website in advance to the sign-ups.
  • All team players must be able to enter Poland to participate in the tournament - this includes required passports and visas. The Operator may request proof that the team will be able to attend the LAN event. Lack of ability to enter Poland may result in exclusion from any tournament stage.
  • Our event meets Valve Ranked Tier 2 requirements for tournaments with direct VRS invitations. HLTV.org, after our application, will decide which stages and matches will count towards VRS. The Operator is unable to guarantee before the event whether the ranking status is confirmed. We have established direct contact and will apply at the recommended time.

Integrity rules:

  • The Operator reserves the right to exclude a team if its players have VAC-banned accounts or other proofs of them cheating exist, e.g., a ban on the Faceit platform.
  • The Operator reserves the right to exclude a team if there is evidence or suspicion of fair-play violations, e.g., match-fixing.

  • The Operator reserves the right to amend the rulebook during the tournament to maintain competition integrity and fair play.

Public disclosure

  • In the interest of transparency, we disclose that Betclic is the title sponsor of the Clash Summer event, and that a team named Betclic Apogee has registered to participate via Open Qualifier. Betclic has no ownership or operational ties to Whatever.gg, which is the sole owner and operator of the tournament. This situation has been disclosed to Valve in accordance with the Tournament Operation Requirements.
